Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado
2 green chillies
1/2" piece ginger, peeled
8-10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 lemon juice extracted
salt to tasteMethod
- Peel, deseed, chop and mash avocado with a fork.
- Run chillies, ginger, and salt in a small mixie till crushed.
- Add remaining ingredients, run to a smooth creamy pulp.
- Empty into a glass or ceramic bowl, chill till required.
- Serve with crisp nachos, fritters or even chunks of fresh raw cucumbers, etc.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 cup approx.
Shelflife: 1 day refrigerated
