IngredientsBaked beans
Macaroni or pasta
Oil
Silvers of capsicum and onion
Slices of tomato
Curry powder, chilli or paprika
White or brown bread
Method:
- Take in a bowl, 2 tbsp. baked beans
- Add some boiled macaroni or other small shaped pasta.
- Stirfry in a few drops of oil, slivers of capsicum, onion, and slices of tomato.
- Keep aside.
- Season bean mixture with some curry powder, chilli or paprika.
- Pile on slices of lightly buttered slices of white or brown bread.
- Place a few slices of stirfried veggies over mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over it if desired.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 5-7 minutes till toast is crisp.
- Serve hot.
