Method:
- Prepare tossed vegetable salad as in recipe in salads.
- Wash half tin baked beans by adding 1 cup water.
- Strain through a colander, saving the liquid.
- Add the well-drained baked beans to salad.
- Use liquid to make a vegetable soup or as stock.
- Serve salad well chilled, with cold soup made from above stock.
