Baked Beans
Baked Bean Frankies
Ingredients

Cabbage
Capsicum
Stuffed olives
Spring onion with greens
Carrot
Green chilli
Ginger
Garlic
Oil
Baked beans
Seasoning

Method:

  1. Chop crisp fresh cabbage, capsicum, stuffed olives, spring onion with greens, carrot.
  2. Chop a green chilli fine, add some crushed ginger, garlic.
  3. Heat a tiny bit of oil, add all chopped veggies, ginger, garlic, chilli, stirfry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add a ladleful of baked beans, add some seasoning of choice (salsa sauce, crushed chilli, soysauce, herbs, etc.), sprinkle a tsp. of flour, and mix.
  5. Use this mixture as Frankie stuffing, bun stuffing, or even between slices of bread and grill.
  6. Make parathas by using above mixture as stuffing for parathas.
  7. But add a tbsp. of cornflour to mixture when cooking, to make it dry enough to stuff into paratha.
  8. To make frankies, fresh buns (ready made may be used), parathas refer recipes for the same, already online.
