Method:
- Chop crisp fresh cabbage, capsicum, stuffed olives, spring onion with greens, carrot.
- Chop a green chilli fine, add some crushed ginger, garlic.
- Heat a tiny bit of oil, add all chopped veggies, ginger, garlic, chilli, stirfry for 2 minutes.
- Add a ladleful of baked beans, add some seasoning of choice (salsa sauce, crushed chilli, soysauce, herbs, etc.), sprinkle a tsp. of flour, and mix.
- Use this mixture as Frankie stuffing, bun stuffing, or even between slices of bread and grill.
- Make parathas by using above mixture as stuffing for parathas.
- But add a tbsp. of cornflour to mixture when cooking, to make it dry enough to stuff into paratha.
- To make frankies, fresh buns (ready made may be used), parathas refer recipes for the same, already online.
