Onions, capsicum, carrot

Method:
- Prepare one recipe mixed bar-b-qued vegetables as per recipe in bar-b-que index.
- Heat 1 tbsp. butter in pan.
- Add 1each thinly sliced onions, capsicum, carrot and 1 tbsp. cabbage.
- Stirfry till crisp, add 1 can baked bean contents.
- Add pepper, chillies or curry powder as desired, bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Empty into a serving bowl, line with fresh washed salad leaves.
- Pour so that it forms a ring right round.
- Place assorted bbq vegetables and paneer in centre.
- Or vice versa is also fine.(Veggies out, beans in).
- Garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens.
- Serve fresh and sizzling hot, with garlic buns or bread.
