Baked Beans
Bar-b-qued Veggies in Baked Beans
Ingredients

Bar-b-qued vegetables
Onions, capsicum, carrot
Cabbage
Baked Beans
Pepper and curry powder
Salad leaves

Method:

  1. Prepare one recipe mixed bar-b-qued vegetables as per recipe in bar-b-que index.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in pan.
  3. Add 1each thinly sliced onions, capsicum, carrot and 1 tbsp. cabbage.
  4. Stirfry till crisp, add 1 can baked bean contents.
  5. Add pepper, chillies or curry powder as desired, bring to a boil.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Empty into a serving bowl, line with fresh washed salad leaves.
  8. Pour so that it forms a ring right round.
  9. Place assorted bbq vegetables and paneer in centre.
  10. Or vice versa is also fine.(Veggies out, beans in).
  11. Garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens.
  12. Serve fresh and sizzling hot, with garlic buns or bread.
