Ingredients2 cups fresh carrot peeled and grated
200ml milk
sweetex solution to taste
1 tsp. gheeMethod:
- Mix carrots and milk in a heavy or nonstick pan.
- Cook, stirring constantly, till carrot is soft and moisture evaporates.
- Add ghee and sweetex, stir and cook on low for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot. Or reheat as required.
