The are varieties and varieties of ready soup packets, instant soups, etc. available in the market these days. Whether it is the humble tomato soup, or the more exotic lungfung, or mulligatawny, or anything in between, there is an instant version of it available. Some brands like maggi, knorr, mtr, etc. have a wide range to boast of.
There are many advantages of such soups: they are easy to make, one need not have much cooking knowledge, they save time, there are many varieties of soups, better than going without any, where fresh vegetables are not available.
There are also a fair amount of disadvantages of such soups: they are high in salt content, contain some form of preservative or use non-natural ingredients.
Therefore while the advantages are convenience prodded, the disadvantages are all an issue of compromise with the body itself. All too often these disadvantages are body related.
