Start the day with a big glass of this chilled milk in summer to control acidity and heat instead of your steaming coffee or tea.Ingredients
200 ml. unboiled pastuerised milk
pinch of cardamom powder
1 tsp ground sugar
200 ml. chilled water or equivalent iceMethod:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Beat together with electrical hand blender till foamy
- Sip and stay cool for the day ahead.
