Ingredients1 cup prepared ghaat (maize porridge) refer recipe
1 cup fresh nonsour curds
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp. coriander leaves finely chopped
1/4 tsp. cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp. red chilli powder
1 tbsp. cornflakes cerealMETHOD:
- Chill ghaat well before proceeding further.
- Put ghaat in a large bowl.
- Beat curds, add to ghaat.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix with spoon to blend ingredients well.
- Chill again, garnish with more coriander if desired.
- Sprinkle coarsely crumbled cornflakes on top.
- Serve chilled as a chilled summer lunch, light and wholesome.
Making time: 15 minutes (excluding ghaat making time)
Makes: 2 servings
