Ingredients2 tbsp ragi flour
1 cup water
Dash of sugar
Salt and Pepper as per tasteMethod:
- Boil ragii flour in 1 cup water, for 5-7 minutes, adding more water as required.
- Cool to room temp.
- Put mixture in a blender.
- Add salt, pepper, a dash of sugar, and chilled water or crushed ice.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Serve chilled as an instant refresher
Making time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling and setting time)
Makes: 2 servings
