Ingredients1 medium muskmelon (preferably juicy orange sugarbaby)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups crushed ice
1 cup milk/cream/water as desired
2 tbsp. vanilla icecreamMETHOD:
- Halve melon, remove seeds, but retain inner juice if any, by straining.
- Peel and finely chop one cup melon.
- Chop remaining into big pieces, place in electric blender.
- Add sugar, icecream, milk/cream/water, ice, depending on whether you want juice or shake.
- Blend till smooth and frothy.
- Serve immediately, putting a tsp. of chopped melon in each.
- Top with more icecream if desired.
