Tomato Puree Dishes
Tomato Juice
Ingredients

Tomato Puree
Cumin Powder
Dried mint powder
Pepper powder, salt and black salt

Method

 

  1. Empty one tin tomato puree into an electric blender.
  2. Add 400ml. chilled water, 1/4 tsp. pepper powder, salt, ˝ Cumin powder, 3-4 pinches black salt, 1/2tsp. dried  mint powder, 2 tbsp. sugar.
  3. Run mixie for 10-12 seconds, repeating 2-3 times.
  4. Juice should be light red and foamy.
  5. Serve cold in tall transparent glass for a dressy effect.
  6. Top with a tiny sprig of fresh mint.
