IngredientsTomato Puree
Cumin Powder
Dried mint powder
Pepper powder, salt and black saltMethod
- Empty one tin tomato puree into an electric blender.
- Add 400ml. chilled water, 1/4 tsp. pepper powder, salt, ˝ Cumin powder, 3-4 pinches black salt, 1/2tsp. dried mint powder, 2 tbsp. sugar.
- Run mixie for 10-12 seconds, repeating 2-3 times.
- Juice should be light red and foamy.
- Serve cold in tall transparent glass for a dressy effect.
- Top with a tiny sprig of fresh mint.
