Ugadi/Gudi Padwa Dishes
Curd Pachidi
Ingredients

2 cups tied curd
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cucumber
3 tbsp crushed peanuts
Salt as per taste

For seasoning:
1 tsp oil
Few mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
2 green chillies, slitted
3-4 crushed curry leaves

  Method:

  1. Mix weel curd and milk
  2. Add the remaining ingredients
  3. Mix it well
  4. Heat oil
  5. Add urad dal and mustard leaves, let it splutter
  6. Then add curry leaves and green chillies
  7. Pour the seasoning in the curd mixture
  8. Stir well
  9. Serve with rice or roti

Making time: 10-15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
