Ingredients2 cups tied curd
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated cucumber
3 tbsp crushed peanuts
Salt as per tasteFor seasoning:
1 tsp oil
Few mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
2 green chillies, slitted
3-4 crushed curry leavesMethod:
- Mix weel curd and milk
- Add the remaining ingredients
- Mix it well
- Heat oil
- Add urad dal and mustard leaves, let it splutter
- Then add curry leaves and green chillies
- Pour the seasoning in the curd mixture
- Stir well
- Serve with rice or roti
Making time: 10-15 minutes
