Dietary planning is important for heart diseases to avoid complication and obesity. These diets will help for your healthy heart. Remember to use unsaturated fatty acids like sunflower, olive, or corn oil for the preparation of the food items. 15 ml of oil per day is used in these diets.
Sample Menu for 1800 kcal Diet.
